Arrival in Merapi
Indonesia, an archipelago brimming with life, culture, and natural wonders, is a paradise for any photographer. Nestled in the heart of Java, the island’s most populous region, lies Merapi, one of the most active volcanoes in the world. My journey to Merapi started with a flight into Yogyakarta, the closest city to the volcano.
